Xs Have Gone to the Dogs

Xs Have Gone to the Dogs - 08/03/05 02:45 PM

My only child (besides the X) will be the four legged variety. Wanted to find out who on here has a dog that joins them on adventures and what kind/name/age. I have a yellow lab/golden mix name Brody who just turned 3. She LOVES the X, she even lets me drive once in a while! wink She is a tank too and loves the offroading, she stays steady as a rock. She, the X and I go everywhere together. The new seat covers are a nice edition when she climbs in after a run or swim or hike. Got some great pics of the dog head out the window while doing some off- roading...does life get any better?

There are several of us on here that take our dogs everywhere. I for one have a 5 year old Great Dane that loves to go everywhere...

my dog loves the x. she's a black lab mix and can't sit still when she's in the truck. she barks at me the whole time we're sitting still and when we finally move she shuts up. she's special, and she's my only child too. I need some seat covers though, she gets too excited and she pees everywhere.

I have a 6 year old Yorkshire Terrier and I took him off roading once...

I mean once..We hit these big bumps so he got bumped around a bit so I stopped my X and gave him a bathroom break and the little bugger got out and headed straight for the tire and proceeded to piss on it... eek

So my wife laughed and said I guess he doesn't like off roading..

Yeah, I have a 3 year old, 110 pound great dane mix. He loves the X, I think mostly because it is the only vehicle we have big enough to hold him.

i have a 1 year old yorkshire terrier named snickers... hes a little too playful to keep in the car, even trips to the vet are an accident waiting to happen if i dont have anyone to hold on to him, first he wants to look out the passenger window then he climbs over me to take a look out my window then he wants to stand up with his paws on the wheel and drive... hes too funny though....
