We closed on our house today!

Finally! After a 5-month process, two months in our current apartment at rape...er market rent, three lost houses, we finally found a house we're going to be really happy with and we closed today and take possession Wednesday!

We'll be in Littleton off of Pierce between Ken Caryl and Coal Mine
I'll post up some pictures when we do our walk through on Wednesday.

Finally, I'll have a garage where I can work on my X!

Congrats dude. The house I live in now and have lived in for just over 12 months is my first with a Garage. It's awesome.

Congrats! My fiancé and I are going to look at some more houses on Wednesday after work. Glad to hear someone out there found something great.

Great feeling, huh? Bought ours 4 years ago now... time flies. The garage didn't stay a garage for log. Bought used cabinets and got my knife shop up and running within about 3 months.

Now... 4 years later, I'm on the edge of out growing the shop ( garage ), but we still love the house!
