Looks like Quebec is on the right track in dealing with immigrants:

It's not so much the presence of a crucifix as it is the point of ensuring integration. Maybe we can learn some ways of handling immigrants from our northern neighbors.

uh....I think all of North America can and should take a lesson from Quebec and the way it deals with some of these immigrant issues.

All the pussy politicians here on the west coast bend over backwards for the immigrants coming here. When my parents came here from Europe in the early 70's it was basically a sink or swim deal....if they didn't make an effort to at least learn the english language they would've been screwed.

As far as I'm concerned ALL immigrants should learn to respect our history and traditions when they come to North America.

Don't even get me started on the turban wearing RCMP officers.....WHAT A JOKE!
