I don't think there are any places on the North Shore where it's legal to off road.
Try Harrison Lake or Squamish. Lots of place to play.

I bought my BFG AT's a Big O Tires. They did not have the greatest prices but they had them in stock and I was impatient.
CostCo has good priced but the one I went to would not install my tire because the were to big according to their charts.
