Now I know...

...that I am not officially part of the SWXC but I am currently staying in Monroe, LA. I am going to go to the Dallas area this weekend. I am leaving Friday the 23 and coming back Sunday the 25. I was wondering for all those in the area along the way, if yall wanted to meet for a lunch on Sunday? Either like in Dallas, Terrell, or like Longview. I am probably going to leave Garland around 10am-ish. I really dont know the area well so I am open for suggestions

Sorry...this weekend is Scott's birthday so we are booked for partying for the whole weekend.

1) Dave & Buster's - food, video games, pool etc etc MAP

2) Bavarian Grill. AWESOME German food & beer. A little pricey, though MAP

3) Other regular places: Fox & Hound sports bar, Two Rows grill, Fishmonger's fish place (nobody ever wants to have events here - but it' my favorite restaurant.. just a crappy little fish place with good food)

So i was planning to to go to the DFW area for the weekend to visit family but my family thinks that I should make it another weekend to go because of the hurrican Rita evacuation. They dont want me driving in all that riff raff, weather and they are concerned about gas prices too. They are helping me with the gas money but they rather i use it to visit another time. So I am sad to say that I have to postpone my trip to TX.

Frickin Rita can kiss my sweet ass too.
