Rules, Policies, and Disclamers - 14/07/04 06:05 PM

This site is a valuable asset to the Xterra owner, great job to the original creator! However I have been reading topics for a few months as a guest. I find it very offensive at the language and general attitude being displayed by the current operator of the site. This Ian has violated many of the Rules, Policies, and Disclaimers. Including, Abusive, hateful, harassing, obscene, and defamatory. It is my sugestion to Nissan to pull him from operating this board and sue him for seriously violating the rules. He controls this board, and through his poor attitude has set the mood for some of the members to do the same. You Ian are a disgrace to the XTERRA name.

Thank you laugh

Nissan is not affiliated with this site in any way. I built it, it's mine, and I offer it to people like you for free.

You're welcome bitch.

Sometimes we are all guilty of getting a little to brave with a key board but let me say this to Ian..."I haven't had the pleasure to speak with in you person but look forward to it and thanks for a KICK ASS resource and a great site!!!" Keep up the great and hard work!!!!

Ian may seem a little harsh at times, but you gotta admit, it's pretty freaking comical most of the time.

Give him a beer (or 27) and he'll hug you until....well....he'll hug you until he let's go. eek [LOL]

For someone questioning Ian's intelligence, you should realize this isn't quite a sentence... and also you cant use the word defamatory like that (its an adjective)...

Thank you Ian, your response was hilarious, and I am starting to see your humor a little more clearly now...

thanks for this great site!

It gets better.

Ron Wilkinson, who started this thread, has contacted his attorney to sue me laugh

I sent him this...

You have been banned from Xterra Owners Club for violating our terms of service.
You joined the board strictly to start a flame war, which you lost in only a couple of hours, wimp.

I treat everyone fairly on my board, but fucktards like you get what you deserve.

His reply...

I Your harasing comments have been fowarded to my attorney and he will get in touch with you. DO NOT CONTACT ME DIRECTLY IN THE FUTURE!

You can tell him how you feel at ronwilkinson39@yahoo.com

Re: Rules, Policies, and Disclamers - 16/07/04 05:49 PM

This is the exact reason I hate lawyer types, if someone does not like something they just simply stated I am gonna call my attorney.

I am not saying all attorneys are bad just the dumnass chasers who take on anything they think they may get paid for.

I like the old fashoin way (like up here) if you dont like someone you tell em and either they like it or they dont, they do not go running like a pussy to thier attorney. "MOMMY MOMMY HE KICKED ME OFF THE MESSAGE BOARD, MAKE HIM LET ME BACK IN"

Ya know what, I'm gonna sue you if you don't mind. My 2 year-old will be drafting something up with her crayolas by the end of the weekend. [LOL]

Nice try fucknut, another idle threat (that cannot go anywhere if it was brought into a court of law) by an asshole that wants to be accepted but isn't. [Crybaby]

[Argue] Fuck you and fuck your attorney. Hey dipshit, you want to try to sue me too? Have at it. For what, stating my opinion, welcome to freedom of speech bitch. [Finger]

Ian, thank you for getting rid of this immature dickhead. [ThumbsUp]

Wow, I feel so much better now that I vented.... I bet most people don't realize the theraputic effect of this site. :p

First, your response had me laughin my ass off, BUT.....

"You can tell him how you feel at ronwilkinson39@yahoo.com"

Wasn't in italics on Ian's original post, hence it wasn't a quote from Mr. FuckFace, but rather an invitation from Ian to let this asshat know what we think about the crap he left for us to sniff.

**Edit** Oh yeah!!!! What the fuck....last time I checked the Constitution, it never said I have the right to not be offended. Anyone who doesn't walk around shoulder deep in their ass would know within 5 minutes that this is a private website not owned or controlled by Nissan. If you don't like what you see, GO THE FUCK AWAY!!! If it pisses you off that a mod/admin acts a certain way, instead of whining like a bitch with a skinned knee, grab your wallet, host your own website and message board, and run it the way you want. Lead, follow, or GET THE FUCK OUTTA THE WAY!
