Why croutons? They really can't be much better for you than chips. I mean it's all just "empty calories" right? And don't chips (or something like that) taste better?

They are great with extra virgin olive oil, that is healthy for you.

Well I might just have to try this then.... I usually stick to peanuts or GORP or something like that for a snack. But strange as it seems to me, I guess I'll give this "dried bread crumb" thing a shot.
