How Do I Remove My Fog Lamps?

I'm replacing my 2003 Xterra bumper as it has a bullet hole in it. When I go to replace, Im clueless as the proper way to remove the fog lamps, so that I can remove the outer plastic bumper. I have a manual but it only shows the 2002 and older square fog lamps. Mine are round and they don't seem to have a mechanism to release them and I dont want to risk breaking them to find out. Any advice?

Can you tell me how you did this? I need to replace one of mine and can't figure out how to take it off. Thanks in advance.
