Goodyear Egale #1 tires

I saw these on a special edition dodge truck at a dealer (from the road, I wasnt looking at dodge's), question is are these truck tires? They looked to be be just street tires and I see them on quite a few trucks whenever I go home to Tennessee but have been unable to get any info on them other than the goodyear site. They do look relatively sharp with the yellow lettering so I'm curious.

I think that series of tires is meant to give the NASCAR/pickup racing look to the trucks. Pavement only of course.
