2001 6-Disc Changer in a 2000?

I would assume it is pretty much the same, but does anyone know if the 6-disk changer from a 2001 SE will work in the 2000 SE?

I am just refering to the changer portion, I still have the stock 2000 SE stereo.

The 2001 SE 6-disc changer is not a seperate unit. The changer and head unit are all one double DIN unit. It may work but you'll have to remove your head unit and replace it with the 2001 unit.

Thanks for the info. Are the 2000/2001 stock units the same size, and connections?
