Ive seen the snow one before on TV that pretty wild. WHat is that just lighter fluid?

The second video is the one I've seen before. It was a special on Discovery or something on these guys who take 4x4's across Antarctica.

Yeah just lighter fluid... we have used it on tractor/bobcat tires in the winter. Quite the show.

This is an old trick. Ether or Starting fluid works real good. Just watch out. It'll lite from a couple feet away... You'd have to ask a friend of mine for the story...
