why no sparklers this year? do we need fireworks? there is great place to buy everything near me called phantom fireworks. i'd be breaking a ton of interstate commerce laws, but for you guys......

I dunno about you guys, but until the rain came the past few days the whole northwest has been a tinder box. Remember the fire on the canyon wall in Ouray last year?

true, true. back east it has been "moist, like a wet sponge." yeah, fireworks and dry conditions do NOT mix at all, period.

We're leaving tomorrow morning so we can enjoy some sites on the way to Colorado. So if you see a yellow Xterra with Florida plates, honk!
