OK, I'll bite. Why different frequencies/channels from one day to the next?

Because all the other frequencies are being used by EJS participants.

I have a question now about the FRS Radio codes and sub codes. I have a Real early FRS and it is CTCSS not DCS and is an off brand so not sure if it is using the same frequencies. (There is no standard in the industry) Mine is Channel 10 467.6125 MHz and for code (sub channel) 1= 67.0Hz, code 4 = 74.4Hz and code 5= 77.6Hz.

Is this compatible with the ones listed that you talk about or would mine have to be some other code
.

It's probably not compatible.

One way it has to be because all FRS's use the same MHz freq, may just not be labeled the same. My channel 10 might be most others channel 1, just need to know the Frequencies so can match up. only problem might be when you say sub channel are you talking radios that use Digital Coded Squelch (DCS) or ones that uses Continuous Tone Coded Squelch System (CTCSS) DCS and CTCSS are not compatable.

Okay, thanks, this is how mine is, I just need to use subcodes 5, 6. mine is:

Channel 10= 467.6125 MHz

Subcodes:
01=67.0 Hz
04=74.4 Hz
05=77.6 Hz

Just minor adjustments, thanks.
