That was actually the first lift that came out for the X I think. Now there are other companies like Calmini, Automotive Customizers, and SLR that offer 3" lifts for much cheaper than the rancho one. Not that it isn't a good lift but there are better cheaper alternatives, which most have gone for.

Avoid it, trust me. Any other lift is preferable.

Hey welcome aboard! I will be getting that same lift from a guy that is doing an axle swap on his. I've looked onto and its not that hard, pretty basic stuff. You should try VAXC , got a lot of guys in your area. They're my new family.

I know no one who likes the 2.5" Rancho lift.

Its a shame, as they came out with the first one for the X, but it sucks...actually kills articulation.

The other lifts are all 3", and all work better.

The shocks are ok, its the rest of it...

I have the Rancho lift... yeh its 2.5... i have had no probles with it. The truck sits almost flush after i had the t-bars reindexed. Im runnin a 2" BL as well with 33x12.50's BFG muds on 3.75 bs rims, i only rub on full crank slammin bumps, its good enough to tie me over till i find and axle and some $$$ for a swap. But dont get me wrong i would look at the SLR stuff if i did it again.
