It said they usually take out most of the cockpit equipment to make room for a bathroom or hottub, but they can also set it up as a flight simulator using MS Flight Simulator. Last time I checked, someone in Hillsboro, Oregon had bought the second one. Next time I'm down there visiting family I'll have to check it out.
