I used this stuff last night and thought it worked wonders...when I woke up this morning I thought this stuff sucked ass!! All of my plastic parts were all streaky and you can see where the stuff ran. I think we had some showers last night.

Questions:
1) Is this the product's fault or did I apply it incorrectly? Has anybody else had any problems like this?

2) How do I get those streaks out?

I really helps to use a toothbrush to get into the grain of the door handles and such, if that's where you're having problems. Otherwise, just wipe off the excess next time.

Brent - no complaints with it

How did you apply it?? Try a light mist and wipe it down. I've had problems with uneven coats but a second application usually evens everything up.Streaking results from exccess.

I "applied liberaly" as the bottle states, so I may have used too much. You mention a "mist" SR, does it come as a spray also? I have a bottle where it just pours out. It just rained again and it seems to have helped get some excess off.

I put it on straight from the bottle using a rag and toothbrush ...

I make sure that I wipe as much off as possible before I'm done ...

First time I used it, I had the same results you're talking about ... now, everything is nice and it looks really sharp ...

I think you may not have wiped/buffed it once it dried a bit, did you? It's not like, say - Armour All. You don't apply it and leave it - you have to buff it out.

B2B is simply the BEST product of it's kind I've ever used. It works very nicely in restoring a finish's luster and hides pit marks and scratches - within reason. Best of all, it lasts a looooong time. I've gone months without reapplying. It might take a few applications to get there, but once there - it's simply gorgeous.

The best method that I've found in applying it is to take a small, typical kitchen/bath sponge and get it wet. Wring out as much water as possible. Apply the B2B to the sponge in small quantities, like you're waxing your truck, and apply it. Once it's rubbed in and applied, your last strokes should be the entire length of the article (i.e. go down the length of the bumper with the sponge) just to get any stroke marks in one smooth, fluid line... Which should really disappear once you buff. This last part is key!

I went over it again with a cloth a few hours ago while it was starting to get a little dark...it looked like that might do the trick. I probably didn't let it set long enough as well as not doing a good job of buffing it. I just finished Meguiar's 3-step process before it and was trying to finish before it got to dark.
