Does anyone know, are the "Xterra" and "Nissan" decals on the back of the 2005 series Xterra attached with anything more than adhesive???? I would like to remove one or both of them, but if it's a matter of backfilling drill holes in the hatch and finding a matching paint . . . maybe not. Does anyone have insight? Thanks,

Search 'cause this has definitely been addressed. If you'd like to trust my memory, I think the "Xterra" is adhesive only but the "NISSAN" is drilled.

My pleasure. One thing about the next-gen X's that's goofy is how the Nissan logo on the hatch isn't centered above the handle. What they're thinking I have no idea.
