I am just clarifying that the Supreme Court should not be involved in this issue. That is why we have the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches of government. What's the sense of having The U.S. Constitution, (basicly a document stating the minimum requirements the States must adhere to to stay in the Union), if the they (the States) can make any laws they please?

This case is truly a violation of the 4th Amendment:

"Amendment IV

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

The laws referring to the banning of sodomy are just leftover religious jargon.
