I am at the point where I'm lifting the truck up and sliding in the 2" pucks. On the second body mount from the front, there appears to be some sort of metal sleeve between the frame and body that in theory, with the puck installed, would make that lifting point higher than the rest.

I'm thinking about drilling the center hole of the puck to compensate for this metal sleeve.

Any thoughts, suggestions, experience this before?

Sounds like your old mount separated. You should not have to drill any of the Pucks out.

It turns out the problem was only on the passenger side. It looks like it was a factory mistake and unfortunatlly I do not have a digital camera to take some pics. I ended up drilling out the puck for that mount and everything worked out fine.
