My dad owns a truck just like that, so needless to say just sent him all those pics. He wanted me to buy a ford, He works for Halliburton and gets like up to $6,000 off just for working for them on Fords and GMCs. But I went with the X. Looks like I made the right choice.

Finds Off Roading Difficult

I took my X Offroading a day after I got it...but was not that Stupid to go in Deep Water like that...

ashes to ashes, dust to dust, if it wasnt for FORD, our tools would rust.

We were on private property, a buddy of my owns land that stretches along the creekbed, so its always fun to go in there... I have gone deep with my X, but never that deep.. that bottom of my doors is my limit

I hope mommy and daddy take away his truck for that, get their money back from it, and make him ride a moped.

All you people who are calling him stupid for getting stuck can go FUCK yourselves! Anyone who takes a brand new truck off-road and attempts questionable stuff like that deserves allot of credit for doing it. I have plenty of friends who have perfectly good off-road vehicles and will not take them off-road for bullshit reasons. And then if they do ever go off-road they will bitch about getting stuck, breaking stuff, and scratches.

And I don�t see any reason to call his Ford a POS, Ford is usually good about recovery hooks, and obviously the truck�s engine didn�t stall as you can see the bubbles coming from the exhaust when it was under water.
