I just installed a Kenwood TM-271 2-Meter Ham Radio in the dash of my 04 Xterra. Thought maybe it would be of interest to others looking to install a 2-way radio or CB rig in the 02-04 series. The pictures are posted on my web page.

Thanks for the post. That is the first good description with pix I have seen for removing the dash on a 2002 +. I have been thinking about doing a cb install and that looks like a good way to do it.
