Hard to tell from the sound clip. If the noise exists when the serpentine belt is removed and it sounds like it is coming from the timing chain area, then chances are, the issue is with the guides or tensioners.
Mine was caused after the guides were chewed apart by the timing chain. Just going by what the dealer told me.
I'd have it checked out if I were you.
It might be a conincedence but the engine now runs really nice and my gas mileage has improved to 400 miles per 17.5/18 gal fillup.
