lol!

Why on earth would you want to go faster than 95? What is the point? Apparently gas prices aren't affecting you very bad.

The governor is in the ECU if I'm not mistaken so either send it off to get tweaked or let off the gas.

also might want to make sure your tires are rated to go that fast

It's real easy. When you feel the governor kick in, just yank the wheel sharply to one side.

addition - yank to the side that will cause the least amount of damage to other people in your path. Perhaps toward the nearest light pole.

Chewie, it's not the Millenium Falcon or a Ferrari...it's a truck.

Lol, i laughed good at that comment.

Honestly, ya, my car doesn't have a governer and will max in 5th at 150mph (240km/h), and yes it is fun (i'd only do it once in a rare while), but I try to keep that for the track, and with our new 150km/h over immediate vehicle and license suspension, I won't be going over 150km/h anymore, not worth it, but ya, in a sports car, it's fun. But the Xterra, there is really no thrill at all going fast in it. I'll go with traffic or a bit faster but never really over 130km/h (cops are ok for 120ish), i'll even put it on cruise at 100 if i'm with some truckers a good conversation over the CB (better than any talk radio!)

I know for the Mx-3, you cut the wire giving the signal from the speedo to the ECU removes the limiter cause it doesn't know the speed (and doesn't use it for engine management), that may or may not work on the Xterra. It might, but that being a decade newer vehicle, it may not like that.

Can you tell you hit a sensitive spot? [LOL]

You won't find that information here.
