Hello folks,

Pardon my ignorance...

I've read a thread about the automatic transmission oil change, and although I didn't "flush" all the old one out, I did drain (some) of the old oil, and refilled with AMSoil auto trans full synthetic. I assume that's good for now, and plans for a more complete flush should follow eventually.

I want to change the other oils (Tcase, front diff, rear diff) and want to know what oil to get. I was planning on going full synthetic for the front diff and Tcase, in the cold winters up here that's pretty much needed to move forward. Any word of caution for grades? I read the rear diff is a limited slip, what oil should I get for that one, Nissan stuff?

Got an owner's manual? The fluid specs are in there.

so on the rear diff you tighten both the plugs to 45 lb ft or just the drain?
