My buddy bought a used 004 4.9 diff from car-parts.com

I have never seen a 1310 yoke on a H233b before.

Were gonna put it in his 94pathy. After swapping the carrier. And I guess the companion flange.













What is this???

Anyone with a 04 confirm this is normal??

That is normal, it means that it was from the last few months of 04, like november and december of 04. I have the same thing under mine.

Do you have ABS sensors at the wheels also or just at the pinion?

2WD models have the single sensor on the pinion. 4WD have a sensor at the end of each tube, nothing on the pinion.

Thanks Brent! That makes sense to me. I thought only the w/d21 stuff had pinion sensors.

I am running a 03 4.9 in my 92. I removed the ABS ecu since I dont have frt abs. I needed the space for my CB. (92 nd older abs ecu is under the radio)

Well I had to make a jig to get the spicer flange off. The normal flat flange WILL bolt right up it appears.
