Just curious what everyone who has the Rockford system has their settings on? How loud can you run this thing without destroying it?

Also, does the bass improve over time once the sub has broken in a bit or is this as good as she gets?

I dunno what you expect but my 15 year old nephew loves it when I crank it to 24 or a little bit more. He always says "This is the best stereo I have ever heard(I agree)----He says it's even better than the guy with the $3000 dollar stereo he put in his moms Corolla."

Maybe you simply need to adjust your settings or something because mine is plenty loud and the sub can be heard a block away.

Wow, I didn't even take it passed 15 because I assumed it would distort. I will have to push it a bit I guess.

I push up my system to 23 and i have had it for 2 years and nothing is wrong with the speakers, the bass and the treb still sound like brand new.
