Just sold my '06 Civic privately and Last night I just bought an '04 XE with 60k miles for $13,500 from a dealership. It has some sort of special "World Championship Package". The car has automatic locking doors when you turn the car on which I HATE!! I've heard of other cars in which you can go to the dealer and they can remove it. Does anyone know how to disable the auto locking doors on the Xterra? Or do you know if the dealership can do it?

The World Championshop Package comes with some sort of security system or keyless remote entry system which makes an obnoctious beeping noise when you lock and unlock the doors. It also makes noise when you open the door without putting the key in. Does anyone else have this? I want to figure out how to disable the beeping that it makes. Maybe I can do it with the remote...

hold down both buttons for a few seconds ligths will flash and its disabled. By the way thats you alarm on the car also.
