To make a long story shot my transmission is shot. We think a hole in the transmission cooler allowed anti-freeze into the transmission and transmission fluid into the radiator. I was if there were any differences in the auto transmission from 05 to 06. I found a good deal on a used 06 transmission and just wanted to be sure.

Have you called the dealer and asked them if there's anything they can do about it? There's a known concern about that issue.

No I haven't contacted the dealer. I really figured they would just tell me sorry for the bad luck. I'll try, thanks for the suggestion. I was hoping that I would be able to find a used transmission at a reasonable price but that isn't working out to well yet.
