I grew up in kitchens and cooked professionaly until I was 25. I always thought I'd end up owning my own resturant..I was burnt on the 80-100 hour work weeks though, and no longer had any creative control, I was just a babysitter. So, I got into food sales via my seafood/poultry vendor, and did that for 7 years. I was tired of working at that point, so I went fishing, for a year . When I got low on money, I came back to PHX and took the same job I still have 8 years later, selling industrial chemicals B2B.

I always wanted to eliminate ne'er do wells and evil tyrants from the planet, but they just don't post those jobs too frequently.
