I was thinking of buying a supercharger and installing it... was curious if you need any extra parts because I have been looking on ebay and most of the ones I find look like this:

Am I able to just buy it and bolt it on? It seems like that may be too easy to be true.

Yep, too easy to be true. You'd need the lower intake manifolds, the S/C vacuum/coolant galleries, intake tube, gaskets, different spark plug wires (different lengths to go under the S/C stuff), injectors and you'd have to get some sort of aftermarket air/fuel modifier to get the mixture right.

But you would still need the S/C first though. So go ahead and get it. Then get the rest of the stuff too.

Yeah... interesting point since they didn't make supercharged X's in '01... Frontiers, yes - Xterras, no.
