And that's why I prefer to do my own work on the truck...rather than at the stealerships.



If you want to get screwed even better, try Jiffy Rube, etc....they are even worse.

If I bring it in for a recall/warranty repair, etc...I put marks on things before hand so I can tell where they've been....its settled a lot of agruments over the years....and, one of the reasons I stopped wheeling Jeeps.
