on of starting and driving Hi to all.

Finally getting a chance to thoroughly read through the owners manual on my 07s,auto, 4wd.
There are two sections, which I dont fully understand , and wondering how my thinking is faulty.
1) on the section of starting and driving(5-13)
they have the information on what is the top speed you should be going in different gears with the auto, with the 2wd, 4h and 4lo.
What I dont understand, is that using third gear they give the top reccomended speed for 2wd as 62mph. And for second gear in ,2wd as 71mph, and 1st gear in 2wd at 43mph.
Why would they give a higher speed in second gear as oppossed to third gear? Am I thinking wrong on this. ?

2) Also in same section on starting and driving(section 5.3) they make a reference about the tpms as you can also check the pressure of all tires except the spare on the display screen. The order of the tire pressure figures dsplayed on the screen...... I thought we only had basically a monitor to tell of an underinflated tire, Am I missing something?

1) oops typo there as I read it the same
2) I haven't a clue: obviously for another vehicle. There are other references to other vehicle options that the X doesn't have i.e ability to roll down the windows with the remote key.
