I wouldn't get an aftermarket hitch without frame stiffeners. I know its tempting given the considerable price difference from the Nissan hitch, but if you get hit from behind, your frame can get get bent. Search the forums, and you'll find numerous horror stories. Other than that, sounds cool. I'd add a weathertech bug/rock deflector. The paint on the hood chips very easily. Plus it looks cool.

Don't get the Westin Safari bar if you ever plan to go wheelin. Those things get smacked around like no other.

Otherwise, your plan sounds good. Make sure to get a good tire... lots of hints on this website.

Tail light guards are worse than useless... they just stick onto the plastic and are more likely to cause damage than prevent it.

Unless you're just in love with the look, I'd skip 'em.
