if i bought the extended warentee, then i break contract by getting a lift or something in that nature, will i get my money back on the extended warentee? the way i understand it, if i dont use the extended warentee i will get my money back anyway, so i am thinking if i void it, they would also have to give me my money back because i never used it... is this correct?

Ah, NO. They will pro-rate any refund if you cancel the warranty prior to expiration. Any claims made/paid in the past or lack of will have nothing to due w/ the refund amount. ie., if you have a 5 year contract and cancel after 3 years then they will refund 2/5's of the purchase price less a nominal handling charge.

And no, you don't get your money back at the end if no claims have been made.
