We are assembling smd type led chip for led tube and light. We do not have Spectroradiometer --- integrating sphere LED CFLs lumen teste therefore we take lux meter reading from 1 meter distance and times 3.1 = lumen but another lab test from different point lux reading and do the complected calculation to know the lumen.
Your math is not right.
Lumen is total out put of the LED, and the resultant Lux it creates on a target will be based upon the beam and beam convergence angles, distances, etc.
The light from the LED will lose intensity (Lux on target) following the inverse square law.
