You can get the stock one from the dealer. It's part of the "pulling package".

I have this one:
27" Fan

A few other folks also have it and it seems to work well.

It is a very tight fit, but it pulls like crazy.

Sorry, I don't. The only mod that you have to do on it is cutting a corner of the fan unit out to fit around the steering box. If you plan on doing it, give yourself about half a day to make sure you do it right. I rushed things a little and found myself (and Cyclemut) doing a rework on the wiring in Moab.

Those w/ the elec. fan: Do you have a switch for it or did you wire it to something that is always hot? Also, I'm assuming you used a relay for it. Where did you pull power from?

The 27" flexalite electric fan includes an adjustable thermostat control box and all of the necessary wiring that attaches directly to the battery. The control box also has connectors for a switch to force it on (for max cooling) or off (for water crossings), and another connector for when the A/C compressor is on.

Here's a pic of the control box:

yes. This way you don't burn out the AC motor and it will also prevent water from splashing up into your engine compartment.
