It's not that much heavier than having a passenger in the seat next to you. If you have a 3" SL, chances are you have stiffer torsions and better shocks. (unless you have the Calmini shocks ) It'll be alright, if it drops a bit, just crank the torsion bars to compensate and realign.

What's up man, I just got my Shrock today. Let me tell you, yo will be waiting for a long time! Let me also tell you, it is worth the wait.
To answer your question, yes, they will lower your front end, and you will probably need a friend or two for installation. I am thinking about re-indexing my front end now. I also have the 3" SL and the 2" BL. Damn it looks good!

If you want to SEE the difference, the stuff you TAKE OFF weighs about 45 lbs, and the bumper adds back about a 100 lbs... So, just place about 60 lbs of something on your stock front end...and that's about the difference it will make. I did the same for the back bumper, I just used barbell weights...and the before/after height with the weights was dead on when with the bumper, so its a great predicter.

Yup....That's right... you will be just adding an additional 55 LBS or 60....Soooooooo, that is not alot of difference....it's Your Fat Friend's that you slap in your X that makes a difference...
