Well for three inches on a 2we I would just do a body lift. Cheap and easy .

WHY you want a lift is a key issue.

A Body Lift is cheap and easy...but really meant to make room for larger tires to retain uptravel/articulation, etc....

...so adding a 3" BL and leaving stock sized tires might look like a bit ...um ...wasted space in those wells.

If you're going off roading, a BL and larger tires WILL do a lot for you...as larger TIRES lift the entire rig, axles and all.

WHY do you want ~ 3" of lift?

I have 33 inch tires on the truck already, mostly for looks.
