Recently installed 285's on my '05. Did the " heat and remould" mod. to the inner fenders. Lots of clearance,no rubing to report after 600kms.
Painted the rims with that Dupli-colour product also. Here is a pic:-

There has been a lot of discussion of 285's rubbing inside the fenders on a stock vehicle. It has been advised that you heat the inner fenders ( rubber ) with a heat gun and move them outward to avoid this potential problem. i.e. .......heat and remould. wink

Wow looks great! I like the graphite color for my wheels. It sounds like a cheap upgrade compared to aftermarket wheels.

O.K. First, take the wheels off the vehicle!! Then use a scotch pad to rough up the surface of the rims. Then mask off, I just used newspaper and masking tape, paying close attention to the bead area. It is a slow process but you don't want to f@$k it up.
I did 5 coats of the black and 3 of the clear.
