Black and White Theme Party

Sooooo I'm having a black and white party for my sister's 25th birthday. Everyone invited is going to wear funky black and white outfits (my accessories include a white wig, black boa and B&W striped tights), and the entire party space will be decorated in black and white. (Including my Christmas tree, if I can find black and white ornaments!) My sister, however, is going to wear RED so she'll stand out.

Why am I telling you this? I need advice on "black and white" finger foods.

These are just options I've come up with. I need more choices:

• Strawberries covered in white and dark chocolate

• White "New York Style" Potato Salad

• Blackened Chicken Skewers

• Garlic Dip with black corn chips

• Brownies

• 7-layer Taco Dip (but on top I'll use mozzerella instead of cheddar cheese and add sliced black olives)

• Garlic-stuffed black olives

• Meatballs

• Roast Beef Spirals with horseradish (no vegetables in this recipe so it will be colorless)

ANY MORE IDEAS?!?!? I want a variety instead of just doing different dips.

OK Mod's, it's time to give her one of those witty little labels under her name - something like "Identity Crisis" or "President of Name of the Week Club" maybe... Someone should be able to come up with something good....

I don't have any ideas off the top of my head, but http://allrecipes.com/ is far and away the best recipe site I've ever found. You can do keyword searches or browse by category. What really makes it a nice site are all the user reviews, so you can easily find actual good recipes. When you read the user comments, it's a good habit to sort by most useful, because often a slight variation on the original recipe is an improvement. Anyway, you may be able to come up with something there.

Just serve Guinness and Rootbeer floats as the only drink options. Boring - but matches the theme!
