Hurricane Isabel

Just wondering, since it looks like NC stands the best chance of getting hit of any US state(as usual) by this major storm, how worried people on the OBX are right now? If the storm starts heading in that direction I plan on coming down to try and film it next week and was wondering about how strict the police are about allowing people onto the OBX when a hurricane is approaching...I know the OBX well as I have camped out in Buxton and Frisco many times and any reccomendations would be much appreciated...

I'm not that concerned about it. If it hits then it hits. That just means I get out of school and go go offroading some more. We are going to get a generator this time though. During hurricane fran in '96 we didn't have one, my dad now says, we have got to get one for this hurricane
