Great point, not sure to what extreme it effects warranties, the other guys would know...

P.S. apparently I don't know how to load a pic either considering my link goes nowhere

I'd say that your stock tires (P265/75R16) and 9.5" of ground clearance can still allow you to go some challenging trails as is... It's all up to the driver.
Or, would 285/75R16 fit without too much problems? (I haven't been following 05 stuff to know... )
