This has nothing to do with the Xterra, but I just thought I would pass this along to anyone who might be interested.

Ok, I just got back and that place is undescribable!!!

Its so easy to drift thru turns, the max speed is about 27-30 mph. Its balls to the walls, 20 minutes of intense racing. I am exhausted. I don't know how those pro's do it for hours at a time. My mind, and body are tired and my body will be sore tomorrow.

Now I know what they mean, when racers talk about that "zone" when you are racing. You don't hear anything, you only have tunnel vision. Its awesome!

We MUST go there for a future meet. They need 10 people to reserve the track. Its only $50 per person.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I've done that kind of thing before and it is definitely addictive. How long did you race for your 50 bucks?

They have different combinations of racelaps and qualifying practice laps.

we had 19 qualifying laps (about 10 minutes) and about 41 race laps (about 20 minutes) Average speed was about 26-30 mph. (it feels fast when your butt is only 3 inches off the ground.)
