Mod Day April 9th or 10th

If there is any interest, I will be wrenching on my Xterra and will have space in my garage and driveway in case anyone has parts they need installed.

Your Xterra and parts you need installed. I've got hand tools, a floor jack, and jackstands.

So does anyone need to work on the X? Bearings need to be repacked? Oil need changing? Calmini lift parts waiting to be installed?

Somebody call Casper quick! Looks like he'll get his lift installed before all the good weather starts....

Huey, I've not been to a mod party yet so count me in....

Man i just put on my sliders and took off my brush guard last weekend. I might come by and lend a hand if needed since you live 0.9 miles from me.

I can install that later today, i have a jack and good drill bits so it'll be easy.

I want to install it before we hit the trails this weekend.

No need to worry about that, I've got quite a bit of beer from a recent event at my place.

So far it looks like everyone is just comming over to hang out and watch George install some fogs... Does anyone else have something fun to break...I mean install?

Anyone have a preference on a day? If not I'm just going to say Sat (the 9th).

And if anyone wants to buy a new Transmission Skid Plate from skid row i have an extra brand new, $200.00 i'll bring it for anyone who wants it.

I may have rock lights & a backup light by then, depends on UPS and the other powers that be. I'm also working on making a video from some Moab trips - can we make this into a movie night as well?

Installing auxiliary lights is good, but how about anyone needing to install a CB radio? FRS radios are handy, but pretty nice to have a CB radio if you're on a road often... :rolleyes:

When we were on our ski trip at the end of the year/beginning of the year storm, it was really nice and helpful to be able to communicate w/ truckers on I-80. It was quite an entertainment, too.

Are you going to install (or re-install) your CB on the mod day?

I think I'll be there too. I've got a couple of small projects to complete on the truck:

replace right-side hub studs with cap screws
complete wiring of new headlights.

Can you help put some 20" BlingBling rims on my Mazda? I want Huey to pimp my ride!

Thanks for hosting the MOD day at your house last weekend – nice pad. I got a lot of great ideas from checking out the different rigs there.
