Anyone have a good glass replacement company?

I already had a chip in my windshield, but at some point with the ice, I got a lot of cracks behind the rearview mirror to the top of the windshield. So I am looking for a good window replacement company in the Portland/Vancouver area, either one you have used with or know someone that did. I would like one that pays the deductible, but that it not necessary. thank you.

This is my second new windshield, and I wasn't happy with the first company.
