soon to be new X'er in Texas - 07/10/07 09:22 PM

Well, hailing from Arizona in November I will be moving "back" to Texas. I'm originally from Houston but moved here for family reasons and am now returning back. I have a '07 Xterra S model with a few things on it but not much. Looking to me a few friends out in the Houston area and other surrounding areas to wheel around with. Just thought I'd drop in and say hi smile

I always liked AZ. Lots of places to wheel, shoot guns, have a bonfire. Outdoor fun for the whole family. laugh

I moved from Ft. Worth to Montgomery County last year.....

I wouldn't mind doing camping, or something off -road oriented that didn't require a 3 foot deep mud bog. So far, General Sam's seems to be the only thing around.

Suggestions, native Houstonian?

The Brazos Valley Offroad Ranch in College Station is pretty neat. A few pictures from a couple months ago HERE

Much better... thanks for the pics! Looks like a good place to go. College Station is about the same amount of drive time as Huntsville for me anyhow.
