Anyone looking for an apartment?

Ok guys... business is slowing down... if you know anyone looking for an apartment in the Austin area and you send 'em my way, I'm paying $50 if they lease!!! Easy money... Maybe if I can get a few more leases I will actually be able to afford new tires and crap like that!

Seriously apartments are literally throwing out money right now - she just placed a couple at Riata and got over $1,000 in commish.

On the other hand, if anyone is looking to buy a home and ditch the apartment or rental shoot me a pm.

you obviously missed the gist of "wife is a realtor and what she gives me is worth more than your measly $50". That was obvously a failed attempt at implying i receive sexual favors from her in lieu of $$$. one's that i DON'T want from you. that part was implied in the next line.

nor was i trying to "sound better" that anyone. i was again trying (and obviously again failing) to make the point that that can be a lucrative business. again, i must have erred. perhaps it is not as profitable as i have been led to believe.
