Anyone looking for an apartment? - 16/08/03 07:47 AM

Ok guys... business is slowing down... if you know anyone looking for an apartment in the Austin area and you send 'em my way, I'm paying $50 if they lease!!! Easy money... Maybe if I can get a few more leases I will actually be able to afford new tires and crap like that! laugh

Sorry the wife is a realtor and what she gives me is worth more than your measly $50. :p

And no you can't touch me there.

Seriously apartments are literally throwing out money right now - she just placed a couple at Riata and got over $1,000 in commish.

On the other hand, if anyone is looking to buy a home and ditch the apartment or rental shoot me a pm.

I am also a licensed realtor but am presently inactive so I am referring all business to her.

peace. [Smoking]

Not sure if you're making a poor attempt at being a DICK, but $50 is all the law allows me to give... [Finger] And yeah... I know what we make, you don't have to tell me... Y'know what... FUCK YOU IN THE ASS... that just really pisses me off... mad
*edit* what was the point of your dumbass post? and FYI, some properties don't pay dick... Only made $90 off one...

Dude,

Go back to fucking bed and get up on the RIGHT side of it.

Or re-read my post and look at the smileys. Or the "peace".

Or the simple statements of fact.

Congratulations!

You made a much better attempt at being a DICK than me!

You WIN!

Personally, I don't plan on ever buying a house, so as long as I'm in Austin and I'm looking for an apartment, I'll let you know, Kraig. wink

Ok... y'know what... maybe I did misinterpret your post, but it did seem like something Brent would say laugh ... my only question is, what was the point of even posting that, if not to piss me off? I mean, it is a slow time of year, I'm not making hardly anything, and you're gonna come on here and try to make yourself sound better than me? I don't get it... I've never bashed anyone here before, therefore I don't expect it to happen to me... I saw your smiley faces, but unfortunately, they don't say much... when I gave you the [Finger] , trust me, I wasn't smiling... anyway... if I did take that the wrong way, I apologize... it's been a pissy day (only client at the moment is on probation for inv. manslaughter, and I don't want to help him [ethics, bah!])... and if you did mean to be a dick... [Save the fine unicorns] [Finger] ... now I'm smile 'ing

bite me. wink

you obviously missed the gist of "wife is a realtor and what she gives me is worth more than your measly $50". That was obvously a failed attempt at implying i receive sexual favors from her in lieu of $$$. one's that i DON'T want from you. that part was implied in the next line.

nor was i trying to "sound better" that anyone. i was again trying (and obviously again failing) to make the point that that can be a lucrative business. again, i must have erred. perhaps it is not as profitable as i have been led to believe.

I don't get it... I've never bashed anyone here before, therefore I don't expect it to happen to me...

it only happened in your mind. let it go.

I saw your smiley faces, but unfortunately, they don't say much... when I gave you the [Finger] , trust me, I wasn't smiling... anyway... if I did take that the wrong way, I apologize...

accepted.

in the future please keep days like these to yourself. or have a beer for chrissakes. cool

and never make me type this much again in response to your tantrums - see i'm too damn tired to hit the "shift" key and make caps. [LOL]

There is just no love in Austin.
If I could find a job over there I would so leave Houston.
Austin isn't Seattle but it's the closest thing in Texas.
Good luck on the realestate gig

I am in the dreaded IT industry. I am just living right now to survive one lay off at a time.
I told myself leaving Seattle 3 years ago was a good career move.
Myself lied to me.

Please plase stuff me in a bag and take me with you. My family lives in Queen Anne so it wouldn't be too much trouble or just bring back some Widmer Hef beer.
