get rid of the needless posts?

How's about we get rid of the "Users and Passwords" and "what happened to the message board" threads in every room? Maybe keep them in the general room for a while yet, but in EVERY room? I mean, it's been a while now since the, um, problems, hasn't it?

I also want to get ride from needless emails, I have subscribe some communities and I have to receive 20 to 30 email from them. so please suggest me what I should do for stopping all theses emails.
