I just don't get it - seems like everyone can do it but me. If I click "Insert image" button, the image adds as a URL with [img] tags around.
How to show the actual image in the forum?

you have to have the image hosted somewhere on the web first. Like Picasa or some other image hosting site. Then you add the image URL and poof.. image in the post
