I've had one on my 2000 Xterra for a couple of years now. I've been happy with it. Can't really say if it offered any real performance improvements, but it definitely adds a little more growl to the engine when you get on the skinny pedal a little. I'm actually considering selling mine and going back to the stock box with a snorkle. If your interested shoot me a PM or e-mail.

I also have the Brute Force, I noticed a little more get up and go plus a little better on the gas tank/wallet. I think it's a wise investment.
